I hope this sort of thing will continue to spread throughout all our Catholic Schools, Parishes, Diocese, Archdiocese and even throughout our government. These legislators and all Catholics must understand that you cannot be Pro-Abortion (aka Anti-Life/Pro-Choice/Pro-Infanticide) and remain Catholic.
You cannot "pick and choose" what teachings you will obey based on what you like and dislike. Being Catholic means you believe with all your heart and soul in the Sacred Scripture (Bible) AND Sacred Traditions as handed down through apostolic succession AND the Magisterium (teaching authority of the church). It's not best 2 out of 3 or "pick-and-choose" as the truth that life is sacred from conception is eternal and not subject to changes in fashion or personal whim. It's all three or nothing. Take away any one and you are not a Catholic (CCC 2271-72).
If you are Pro-Abortion, then you do not believe what the Catholic Church teaches and are not a Catholic.
Let Canon 915 apply.
God Bless,
Bob
